I made up a new recipe. High protein and low carb.
Here’s the recipe:
Potatoes:
- Mini potatoes
- Seasonings of choice
- Paprika
- Italian Season
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
Cut the potatoes into fourths. Season the potatoes to taste. Then put them into the air fryer at 400 degrees for 20mins.
Chicken:
- Chicken Breast
- Seasoning of choice
- Paprika
- Italian Season
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
Cut chicken to your preferred size. Season meat to taste. Then put them into the air fryer for 390 degrees for 15 mins.
